Bollywood’s veteran actress Shabana Azmi who plays the role of Sonam Kapoor’s mom in the film, reunited with her estranged daughter in law Adhuna. The two were seen posing together for the shutterbugs at Neerja screening.
Amongst many, also spotted was Neerja director Ram Madhvani and producer Atul Kasbekar. The two were seen bonding and posing for the cameras at the Neerja screening. While Sonam Kapoor was missing from the screening of her film, her co-star Shekhar Ravjiani who plays Neerja‘s love interest in the film, watched the film on a big screen with other Bollywood stars.

Neerja Bhanot was a flight attendant for Pan Am, based in Mumbai, India, who was murdered while saving 359 passengers from terrorists on board the hijacked Pan Am Flight 73 on 5 September 1986. Posthumously, she became the youngest recipient of India’s highest peacetime military award for bravery, the Ashok Chakra.
The film is schedule to hit theatres on February 19, but the makers of the film held a special screening for some of the Bollywood stars a week ago the release.[/tps_footer]
