[tps_footer]Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali along with the Olympic medal-winning boxer Mary Kom on whose life the movie is based, with her husband Onler Kom, launched the music of their film Mary Kom.
Priyanka Chopra looked ravishing at the event and said, “After watching the film Mary called me. I was at Turkey shooting for Dil Dhadakne Do. Mary was crying and I also started crying over the phone. It was a strange moment.”
“After I saw the movie, I recollected every aspect of my life. I became so emotional that I cried twice. Still I have tears in my eyes,” said Mary Kom during the music launch.
Priyanka, who was her usual energetic self, hummed for the ‘Lori’ number from the film. Mary Kom also sang for the ‘Aaj Main oopar’ number from Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s ‘Khamoshi‘.

Priyanka has sang her first ever Hindi song, a lullaby titled Chaoro for the film. Priyanka also made the event more special for Mary Kom by having her husband say ‘I love you’ to her on stage.
‘Mary Kom’, the film is about the Indian Boxer and Olympic Bronze medallist MC Mary Kom, her life, struggles, family and her perseverance to be the best.
Besides Priyanka Chopra as Mary Kom, the film also stars Darshan Kumaar, Sunil Thapa, Minakkshi Kalitaa, Shishir Sharma and Zachary Coffin in significant roles.
‘Mary Kom’ is directed by Omung Kumar and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The film is slated to hit theatres on September 05, 2014.[/tps_footer]
