MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan kept his fans and media waiting for more than two hours during ‘Lux Chennai Express Contest’ event in Mumbai on Satuday, October 19, 2013.
The reason that he gave for coming late was his ill health. “I am extremely sorry for coming late. My apologies to the media people. I am not well. I have flu. I was bed-ridden. I have been traveling a lot, but thanks for all your patience,” Shah Rukh Khan told reporters.
The event was scheduled at 3:30 PM but the actor arrived at the venue not before 6 PM.
Post the super success of ‘Chennai Express’ the mega star is on the roll and has his hands full. SRK is currently busy shooting Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ which also stars Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Jackie Shroff and Boman Irani. Also on the anvil is the third installment of Farhan Akhtar’s Don series.
All we can say is that we love you Shah Rukh and we wish you all the super health.
