Seen at the party were Vidya Balan, Dia Mirza with fiancé Sahil Sanghi, Supriya Pathak, Sudhir Mishra, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Tanvi Azmi, and Naseeruddin Shah’s sons Imaad Shah and Vivaan Shah among others.
Pankaj Kapur was seen having a good time with his family. On his birthday though, Kapur not just mingled with friends but also had fun and posed for shutterbugs along with whole of his family including wife Supriya Pathak, son Shahid Kapur and his kids Ruhaan Kapur and Sana Kapur.
Shahid’s gift to his father was the highlight for the evening. The actor gifted a Mercedes GLK class.

His most acclaimed film roles to date have been that of Inspector P.K. in Raakh (1989), Dr. Dipankar Roy in Ek Doctor Ki Maut (1991) and Abba ji, (based on Shakespeare’s King Duncan) in Vishal Bhardwaj’s adaption of Macbeth; Maqbool (2003), all three roles which got him National Film Awards.
In the 1980s, he became a household name through the TV series Karamchand, a comedy television series in the detective genre, Zabaan Sambhalke, and in the millennium, Office Office, a comic satire on prevalent corruption in India.
