[tps_footer]Bollywood actress and businesswoman Shilpa Shetty Kundra was snapped at PVR Cinemas yesterday along with her husband Raj Kundra. The lovely couple was all smiles as they came out of the theatre. Shilpa and Raj went for a movie date at a special screening.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra wore lose white pants and black top. She kept her hair open with simple waves. Raj was wearing blue shirt and blue denims. The couple had all the more reason to celebrate as  Shilpa recently launched her debut book named ‘The Great Indian Diet’. Her book is also featured on Amazon’s bestseller’s list as well. Shilpa’s book was launched by megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Anil Kapoor and Varun Dhawan also were part of her new venture.

The Great Indian Diet’ is co-authored by Luke Coutinho who is an international collaborator with Yale University, Griffin, Prevention and Research center, CT, US. Shilpa Shetty’s diet and nutrition book reiterates how nutritious your locally grown and sourced ingredients are and encourages people to look for good health within our Indian borders.

Together, Shilpa and Luke, hope to shed light on several taboos associated with food, staying true to their Indian roots.
