Only work and no play surely makes life little dull and Bollywood’s multi talented superstar Priyanka Chopra knows this perfectly right. The actress took a break from her busy life to party with her Quantico team in New York, the city that never sleeps. Yes, Priyanka Chopra’s schedule is packed and busy, the actress has a lot on her plate yet she made some arrangements to not miss out ABC Network Upfront party on Monday evening.
At the party, the actress not only met her Quantico co-stars but also partied with other television stars from the ABC channel. Dressed in chic white dress by Zac Posen, Priyanka Chopra stole all the thunder at the party. Priyanka was spotted by shutterbugs on Sunday in Mumbai, leaving for NYC. After attending the special screening of the pilot episode of her show Quantico, the actress attended TV Upfronts Party. At the party, the actress met ABC’s one of the most famous shows Scandal’s star Tony Goldwyn and even posed with him.
The actress has made it pretty big by becoming the first Indian actress to bag the leading role in a television show out of abroad. In the show, we’ll see Priyanka playing the role of a half-Indian half-Caucasian FBI trainee named Alex Parrish. Her character is born and brought up in the United States.
Apart from Quantico, we’ll soon get to see Priyanka in Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming film Dil Dhadakne Do, which also starts Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh and Farhan Akhtar. The film will hit the theaters on June 5, 2015. Priyanka’s fans are also excited to catch the actress in Sanjay Leela Bhanshali’s Bajirao Mastani and the sequel of Gangaajal.
