[tps_footer]Bollywood’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan launched an initiative- Safe Move-Traffic Safety Campaign- by Hyundai Motor India on Monday, November 30. Shah Rukh Khan, who is the Hyundai’s Corporate Brand Ambassador, promoted the best practices of road and traffic safety habits among school children. Shah Rukh has been associated with Hyundai since 1998 in India and has been instrumental in strengthening Hyundai brand in India. Along with Shah Rukh, Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari was also one of the attendees of the event. The initiative has four main pillars – “Safe Move, Green Move, Happy Move and Easy Move”. Safe Move is a key pillar of the global CSR activity, which Shah Rukh Khan will be giving support to. The initiative will have both online and offline engagement channels.

Shah Rukh Khan looked dapper in a black suit. He wrote in a post on micro-blogging site twitter, “Honoured to be a part of this unique initiative, #SafeMove for traffic safety by @HyundaiIndia.” The actor said since the number of cars have escalated in the national capital, proper infrastructure needs to be developed adding that it is important to educate young children about proper road safety measures.

On work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in one of the most anticipated movie of the year, ‘Dilwale’. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the movie marks the reunion of Kajol and Shah Rukh after 5 years. The movie also stars Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in parallel lead roles. ‘Dilwale’ will be releasing this month on December 18, 2015 clashing with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’. Shah Rukh will also be seen in two major films next year-‘Raees’ and ‘Fan’.[/tps_footer]
