MUMBAI: The promotions of Rohit Shetty directorial ‘Chennai Express’ seem to have taken a toll on leading man Shah Rukh Khan, who was seen in a tad bit of pain at yet another promotional event in the city.
The charming superstar was a thorough professional though, and didn’t let his discomfort show.
Khan, who underwent a surgery for his ailing shoulder almost a month ago, was seen with an arm sling for quite some time. Just as abruptly, the sling disappeared, but it doesn’t look like the injury has healed completely.
Just yesterday, Shah Rukh Khan was spotted in a grey shirt, blue jeans and black waistcoat combo, massaging his right arm and shoulder while on the podium. The slight grimace on his face was enough to display his acute pain.
Nevertheless, he continued with his professional obligation, and promoted the film to the best of his abilities. Shah Rukh even interacted with an actor whom he knew from his ‘Fauji’ days.
Now that’s what being a true superstar is all about!
