Last week Abhijeet Bhattacharya’s official Twitter account was suspended but the singer is back with a new account.
Bollywood celebrities are known to create controversies, intentionally or unintentionally. Earlier, only actors used to fall into controversies, thanks to their statements and acts. But now even musicians have joined the list to create controversies in some or other way. Recently, music composer Armaan Malik had got into an ugly war of words with Sonakshi Sinha on Twitter. Even, popular singer Sonu Nigam had miffed several fans after he went on a religious rant. And the musician who tops the list of the most controversial musician in the industry is none other than Abhijeet Bhattacharya.
Last week Abhijeet Bhattacharya’s official Twitter account was suspended after the singer had posted offensive tweets. Despite his account being suspended, he made a new account on Twitter. A week after Twitter suspended his account, he is back again. Abhijeet posted a video on his new account saying he is against the “anti-nationals”.
“This is my new Twitter account. Till the time my verified account is not active please follow me on this Twitter account. All other accounts by my name are fake and are trying to malign my reputation,” Abhijeet said in the video clip.
“#VandeMatram I am back #Antinationals can’t stop my voice, salute to #IndianArmy. This is my new Twitter account… Rest are fake…” he captioned the video.
But before the singer could think of getting followers on his account, Twitter suspended his account yet again.
Now it remains to see what is the next step that the singer will take!
To people who don’t know, Abhijeet Bhattacharya had fallen into a controversy after he made some se*ist and offensive remarks on some female Twitter users, particularly the JNU student-activist, Shehla Rashid.
