Salman Khan’s adorable co-star Matin Rey Tangu trolled him at IFFI 2017’s closing ceremony.
International Film Festival India (IFFI) 2017 was a star-studded event. Many Bollywood celebrities graced the red carpet on an inaugural day; the closing ceremony too consisted of Karan Johar, Sonali Bendre, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, and Katrina Kaif. Tubelight’s Matin Rey Tangu was in attendance too. Though, during his time on the stage, he trolled Salman Khan!
Salman Khan had a bad throat but that did not let him put a damper on the event. Salman and Matin had an amazing time on the stage. Matin took the first opportunity to remind Salman of his shortcomings. He reminded Salman along with the entire audience that he is still to visit Itanagar and Pashighat. For those who do not know, these are the two towns of Arunachal Pradesh, Matin’s home-state.
Matin went further to troll Salman that if had visited AP he would not have had a bad throat and ear hair! When the Dabaang star replied, Matin was quick to reply with, “Aap chup baitho!’.
Salman too was quick to pull Matin’s leg when he said that initially, the young Tubelight star wanted to become a chef. To this Matin said, ‘Ab overacting mat karo!’ When Salman said that his throat is bad and he is not overacting. The adorable jesting between the two co-stars uplifted the mood of the show. Matin was praised by Karan Johar for his performance in Tubelight. Karan further went on saying that children like Matin are the future of Bollywood.
Last the 8-year old, Matin Rey Tangu was seen in Kabir Khan directed ‘Tubelight’ with Salman Khan and Sohail Khan.
