Director Rohit Shetty sometime back had called his movie “Golmaal 2” crappy which made headlines. Recently the lead actor in the movie, Ajay Devgn says that he agrees with the filmmaker as there were many irrelevant dialogues in the film which is the very reason he called the movie crappy.
The comedy drama, starring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tusshar Kapoor and Arshad Warsi, is a part of the successful comedy franchise ‘Golmaal’. Actor Ajay Devgn believes that the second part, “Golmaal 2” is the weakest.
“We all felt that it was crap as compared to its other parts and I totally agree with Rohit. We got a little carried away in Golmaal 2“. Ajay told PTI.
There were some dialogues which were not suited for the kind of genre we were following. But I think we realized it and then we changed it in “Golmaal 3“, again. So second was the weakest”.
The actor is currently busy promoting his movie “Shivaay” directed by him which and cannot wait for the audiences to watch it.
“I am very happy. Everybody has put in a lot of hardwork. Infact, it took me more than a year to screen test all over the world to get actors like these, who are really professional“.
“The child (Abigail Eames) in the film is so great, you wouldn’t have seen any performance like that including all of us, she is that good. So, I’m really excited because a performance oriented film without good actors is not going to work out. And I’m hoping that the film would do good,” he said
‘Shivaay’ has released today and it will also mark Bollywood debut of Saira Banu‘s grandniece, Sayyeshaa Saigal and polish actress Erika Kaar.
