Sonam Kapoor didn’t reply to Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday wish, Big B gets angry!
It was the Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor’s 32nd birthday on June 9. While the actress received lots of birthday wishes and blessings both from the people belonging to the industry and her fans, she forgot to thank someone special.
Actor Suniel Shetty had tweeted wishing the actress a very happy birthday, “Wish you a very very happy birthday @sonamakapoor …hope you touch many more hearts with good & meaningful cinema. Stay blessed!”
To this Sonam had replied tweeting back, “Thank you so so much!! Tons and tons of love.”
But it seems that the Shahenshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan wasn’t very much pleased with this. He had personally texted the actress to which apparently she forgot to reply.
Big B tweeted saying, “… and what about ME .. this is Amitabh Bachchan my dear .. I sent you an SMS on your birthday and you never replied ..aaarrrgghh !!”

The actress soon realized her mistake and apologized saying, “Oh my god sir!! I didn’t get it!! I always reply!! Thank you so much! I got @juniorbachchan message I’m so so sorry.”

On the work front, Sonam is currently shooting for Twinkle Khanna’s debut production venture PadMan. The film also stars the Khiladi of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar. After this, she will be joining Kareena Kapoor Khan and Swara Bhaskar for her sister Rhea Kapoor’s film Veere Di Wedding. The film which was supposed to go on the floors last year, will now probably kick-start in September, this year.
