In an interview with a leading tabloid, Ankita stated that she has no idea on why everybody is speculating that her six-year relationship has ended with Sushant Singh Rajput. Ankita also added saying she loves Sushant Singh unconditionally and that these rumours are completely baseless. The television actress also expressed that it hurts when such rumours come up as she has always respected her boyfriend’s loyalty.

Ankita who is madly and truly in love with Sushant Singh Rajput also stated the reason behind not attending the Holi party, because of her fractured foot. She also added saying that she is possessive about Sushant not because of his closeness with his co-stars, but because she loves her boyfriend dearly.
Sushant and Ankita had announced that the two will get married this year in December. Talking on the same, Ankita stated that the wedding is happening and that anything that happens between them is only their business.
