Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s mysterious European honeymoon destination revealed!

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and Indian Cricket Team’s Captain Virat Kohli entered holy matrimony on December 11th, 2017. The couple had a very hush-hush wedding in Tuscany with their families and close friends in attendance. It was earlier speculated that Anushka and Virat will be honeymooning in Rome, but something was amiss!

In the picture posted by the actress, we can see the newlywed couple sporting heavy winter clothing while standing in a snow-clad background. Now if one is familiar with the weather reports they would know that it is not snowing in Rome. In fact, the last time it snowed in Rome was in 2012. Currently, the temperature in Rome is around 12 degrees.  So snowing there seems unlikely!

After further investigating the picture we saw a logo on Virat’s beanie! The beanie has a logo patch of ‘Luxury Action’ sewed on it. Luxury Action is an award-winning private travel company in the Arctic and the Nordic region based in Finland. Our best guess is that the couple is in Finland right now. Judging by the current temperature conditions, it is very likely that it has been snowing there for quite some time.

A report in Sportswallah has confirmed that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are indeed in Finland. If believed a fan asked the couple for a picture but they politely refused as they wanted to keep their location a secret.

Post their honeymoon in the snow-clad Finland, Anushka and Virat will return to India for their lavish receptions. The first reception will be held in New Delhi on December 21st for their families. Another reception will be held in Mumbai on December 26th for their peers.
