Piracy is the biggest bane of Bollywood’s existence. Rather than getting a ticket to a film at a theatre, many believe in checking it out at home by downloading it from the internet.
Many even feel some films aren’t worth wasting their money on and so they decide to download them. But it is the producer who loses heavily due to a whimsical Indian cinema viewing audience.
Perhaps with that in mind, makers of Bang Bang! approached Delhi High Court to restrain 90 websites from broadcasting, streaming or providing access to the film’s content in any way and the Court agreed.

Fox Star Studios, the producers of Bang Bang! sought Court’s jurisdiction in the said matter so that the content cannot be made available on any device powered by internet without consent.
Notices were sent to all the websites which was named by Fox Star Studios in the petition. Furthermore, Internet service providers are also directed to block these websites. The next hearing will take place on November 21.
Well, Bang Bang! is a massive film with many crores behind it. It is only natural for the producers to secure their gains which to some extent are certain.
