Shah Rukh Khan
Now it doesn’t need to be told what he owns. He has the two times IPL champion Kolkata Knight Riders under his wings. Even when his team was worst in the lot, Shah Rukh made money and kept KKR high on glamour quotient. His love for his team was unconditional and the kind of encouragement they receive from him is beyond words.

Preity Zinta
Her team Kings XI Punjab could have won the IPL chamipionship this year but missed it. They have a formidable team and was raved for their performance in all the matches. But when you are not destined to win you don’t. Also, IPL and her team are theonly time Zinta becomes a regular talk of town now that films seem like a glorious past.

Rajasthan Royals won the first season of IPL and while second season won them star owners like Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra, they couldn’t repeat their performance. It seems team reshuffle worked against this team.

He doesn’t own a team but a whole tournament. A martial arts advocator, Akshay Kumar incepted the Akshay Kumar Invitational Kudo (Judo and Karate) championship. He also owns a team in the World Kabbaddi League called Speedy Singhs.

This rap-ster who is a huge craze these days not only among music lovers but filmmakers as well owns a Kabbaddi team too called Yo Yo Tigers. According to him, the name will help people connect with him better.

Abhishek Bachchan
AB junior has always been a sports enthusiast. A huge Chelsea fan, football is his weakness, one can say but he owns a Kabbaddi team from Jaipur. He also wants to start a league for women’s football.

Ranbir Kapoor
Yes this hunky Kapoor too has a team in his name but he chose soccer. Ranbir is the co-owner of the Mumbai team for the World Soccer League.
