Well, Yash Raj Films and Shimit Amin teamed up with Shah Rukh Khan and the result was a huge Box Office success.
The film was supposed to be kind of a biopic of the Indian Hockey legendary player Mir Ranjan Negi.
Well, the film was a master piece and so was Shah Rukh Khan‘s performance, but then one look at the Hollywood film Miracle On Ice and you can clearly say where did all this originate from. In Hollywood the game was ice hockey while Bollywood just got rid of the ice.
