Ranveer Singh’s Befikre has managed to open well at the Box Office with around 40-50% occupancy in the morning shows. The film has managed to draw the audience in the multiplexes more than single screens due to demonetization crisis. The overall occupancy of the film is higher but limited to single screens. Well, this will turn out to be a huge advantage for the film as Befikre has released to 1700 multiplexes screens and has released to only 400 single screens. The Friday morning for the rom-com film had been good and the film is expected to show same growth till the weekend.
Also, once the positive word of mouth is out, the film will receive a great push in collections on the first weekend. Also, the promotions of the film have been better, which has helped the movie in increasing its recall value.
Befikre is a story that celebrates being carefree in love. A quintessential Delhi boy Dharam (Ranveer Singh) comes to Paris for work in search of an adventure. Just when he was about to embark on this journey of his life he bumps into a wild, free spirited, French-born Indian girl Shyra (Vaani Kapoor).
