COLOMBO: Superstar Ranbir Kapoor has been given a pleasant surprise by his rumoured girlfriend Katrina Kaif. The actress is accompanying Ranbir for the first schedule of ‘Bombay Velvet’.
The two seem to have finally ended the cat-and-mouse game of hide-and-seek with the media, and have all but come out in the open with their relationship. A week back, they were sighted partying it up in Ibiza, and again at the airport on their way back.
But Katrina accompanying RK for a film shoot seems to put to rest all speculation.
Said a source: “Fans who had thronged the airport for a glimpse of their beloved star, were in for a surprise when they saw Kat walking in along with Ranbir. The actress has checked into the same hotel as Ranbir and later in the day, they were also spotted working out together in the gym.”
Katrina has some time off from work as the schedule for her film ‘Bang Bang’ has been postponed due to Hrithik Roshan’s injury and recovery. ‘Bombay Velvet’ too will go on floors by the end of this month, so it seems like the lovebirds will have quite a bit of time to catch up with each other.
Katrina, however, will leave before the shoot for ‘Bombay Velvet’ commences.
The source added: “She will leave by the end of the month. Anushka Sharma, who stars opposite Ranbir in the film, is scheduled to reach in the first week of August.”
