Shraddha Kapoor is one of the fab actresses of Bollywood who is known for her versatility and fitness.

The actress has been following up a unique dancercise routine for the past few weeks.

Modern-age film stars are known to go out of their way to keep themselves fit. Similarly Shraddha has opted a unique way to keep her self fit.

Shraddha has formulated a new kind of workout for herself that she follows when she can’t make it to the gym,” says an insider. Shraddha’s dancercise involves dancing as well as exercising, and it keeps changing on a daily basis.

The actress is very much comfortable with her new exercise regime as she doesn’t have to step out of the house.

Shraddha who is busy shooting for her upcoming biopic takes out some time on the set and relax her self by performing the dancercise sessions which need not really require any sort of machines or expensive equipment.

Shraddha when asked about her new regime says, “As soon as I wake up, I meditate for 10 minutes and do this quick 10-15 minute workout. It comprises of playing my favourite songs, stretching and lifting weights mixed with dancing.”
