Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn are good friends since years and share a good rapport. Though the two have done only a couple of films together, Ajay and Salman Khan’s friendship has always been transparent with no controversies. It seems the two stars have no presence in one another’s life but rather have a quiet influence on each other which derives a calming strength to their friendship.
In a recent interview, Shivaay actor Ajay Devgn revealed what keeps their friendship strong. When asked about his strong bonding with Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn said, “The reason is non-interference. I don’t interfere in anybody’s life; nor do other people in mine. Salman and I came into the industry at the same time, and we have been here since the past 25 years. The actors from my generation know that we don’t need to mingle in society or party together [to stay friends]. I stand by my friends, and they do the same for me. That’s enough.”
When asked if B-Town friendships prove to be fickle during box-office clashes. Ajay Devgn said, “Yes, but you will not see that happening with me.” Adding more, he said, “I don’t try and utilise relationships to my benefit when my films are up for their release.”
Well, this is why nobody can break Salman and Ajay Devgn’s friendship ever. The two share strong, silent and cherished ‘dosti’ but equally, also have respect for each other.
