[tps_footer]The Bombay High Court will soon decide its verdict on Salman Khan ’s hit and run case. The 2002 hit and run case has been one of the most prolonged cases until now. Superstar Salman was accused of drink and drive and the incident killed one individual and injured four other people on the pavement. After the much reports and hearings court will now decide on Salman Khan ’s appeal against the accusation of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

The case will be judged by Justice A.R.Joshi. Last week on Friday, the court had decided that they will need two days to decide on the verdict and hence, on Monday i.e. yesterday the judge finally read out the case in an open court. Everything from evidences, to statements was confronted in the open court. The prosecution had held it from the initial hearings that Salman was drunk and was behind the driver’s seat while the incident took place, since then many witnesses and proofs changed their course and loads of confusing stances were made.
The court also took into consideration Salman Khan ’s route details as to where he visited and where the incident had taken place. After all the blame games, today the HC will take its final call on the matter. The close final examination of all witnesses will again be taken into picture to make sure that there is no flak in the verdict.

Now what fate lies in the judgment only time will tell. The justice received loads of criticism for its prolonged hearings and decisions. Salman who has recently delivered a super hit ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ has also started with his next film ‘Sultan’, now how this verdict affects Salman Khan ’s career graph is yet to be seen.[/tps_footer]
