MUMBAI: Even before the ‘Mannat’ issue could gradually fade out, there’s another growing pain in Shah Rukh Khan’s back. He has been recently diagnosed for shoulder pain, and he is due to go under the knife for a major surgery to correct his right shoulder.
SRK has been delaying the surgery to complete the shooting of ‘Chennai Express’ and to support his IPL team.
This in not the first time that Shah Rukh Khan will be going under the knife. Apart from his smoking habit, which he has been trying to quit since years now. He has had several other health problems plaguing him. Nonetheless Shah Rukh Khan has never let his physical troubles get into the way of his unstoppable superstar career.
There is no doubt that Shah Rukh Khan is injury prone. The actor has had 7 surgeries on various parts of his body, in his 25 year long career.
The accident-prone Khan has suffered injuries like three broken ribs, a twisted ankle, a broken right toe, an injury to his left shoulder, a neck injury, a broken back bone and an injured left knee.
The first reported surgery was in the early 1990’s where three of his ribs were fractured. And now the actor will be heading to London in the month of June for his much delayed shoulder surgery.
