A buddy cop movie of sorts, John in his previous interaction with us said how the film is probably in the Sholay space given the lead actors’ chemistry .
He said, “I trained a lot with Varun. I love his enthusiasm. After Dharamji and Amitji (Dharmendra and Amitabh Bachchan) in Sholay, you’ll probably see us in that space. It’s an ideal pair after a long time. He picks up things really fast. Varun stands for all the good things in life. He is the quintessential good guy with good habits. He and I have similar tastes in life as well.“
