The year of 2016 has been the year of curse for out Bollywood couples and the list of breakups doesn’t seem to end. With only a month left to end the breakup year we were shocked to hear the split of Kamal Haasan and his partner Gautami after a long live in relationship of 13 years.
Yesterday Gautami had taken to her blog to express how difficult it was to take a decision like this after being with Kamal for 13 years while she announced that they have parted ways. Though the actual reason of the split is not yet revealed we still feel indeed sad for the couple. While we were waiting for Kamal’s reaction on this we were shocked to see what he said.
According to a report in a southern daily, a source revealed that Kamal was quoted saying, “Whatever gives her comfort and solace is fine by me. My feelings at the moment are of no importance. What matters is that Gautami and Subbu should be comfortable and happy. I wish them all the best and want them to know I am there for them whenever they need me. I am blessed with three daughters — Shruti, Akshara and Subbulakshmi. I consider myself the luckiest father in the world.”
But it seems that the actor has been falsely quoted and he clarified the same in his tweet yesterday which says:
Someone has used my name and issued statements. This is unethical. I do not want to comment on this. It is indecent that someone is playing by issuing a statement in my name.
Well we only wish that both find strength to get through this tough phase of their life.
