Sad demise as Bollywood actor Shri Vallabh Vyas passes away
Bollywood industry has lost another good talented actor. A known face of Bollywood, actor Shri Vallabh Vyas, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2017, in Jaipur. Known for his best work in films like Ashutosh Gowariker’s Lagaan (2001), Sarfarosh (1999), Shool (1999) and Dil Bole Hadippa (2009) among others, took his last breath at 9:30 am on Sunday and the last rites took place same evening in Jaipur.
Shri Vallabh Vyas’s life took a tragic turn in 2008 when he collapsed in his hotel room in Gujarat during a shooting of a film. The actor suffered brain stroke followed by a paralytic attack. As the family couldn’t afford his treatment, he was shifted to Jaipur from Mumbai. He was first taken to Jaisalmer and then Jaipur for treatment.
It is also being said that for his medical expenses, actors like Aamir Khan, Manoj Bajpayee and Irrfan Khan came forward for help.
The actor is survived by wife Shobha Vyas and two daughters.
