In an interview, the director reveals that he wants either Aamir Khan or Shah Rukh Khan to be a part of his film. He has requested both the superstars to watch Oppam. He stated that if they are interested he will take the call on the basis of who is available and who suits the role of Mohanlal in Hindi. He also added that if neither of the Khans shows interest in working for the film than he will cast some other actor.

Meanwhile, SRK is shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s The Ring, opposite to Anushka Sharma. The film will be releasing in 2017. On the other hand, Aamir is busy with his upcoming release Dangal. It is based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. Dangal will be releasing on December 23, 2016.
