Preity Zinta’s ‘Ishkq In Paris’ Finally Gets A Release Date

Preity Zinta's debut production venture 'Ishkq In Paris' which got postponed indefinitely finally has a release date.

MUMBAI: After being initially set for release on September 21, 2012, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta’s debut production venture ‘Ishkq In Paris’ got postponed indefinitely following numerous delays. However, now it looks like the film finally has a release date.

Tweeted the bubbly star:

‘Ishkq In Paris’ featuring Preity Zinta herself, Rhehan Malliek, Isabelle Adjani, Shekhar Kapur and also Salman Khan (In a cameo “Kudiye Di Kurti”) had its first look poster  launched on July 5, 2012.

With the director Prem Raj falling seriously ill with cancer,  the post-production work of ‘Ishkq In Paris’ was pending. After repeated delays, there was no news from Preity’s production house on a release date.

The actress had then finally in the end of 2012, said, “‘Ishkq In Paris’ will release in 2013. We got delayed finishing it due to my director falling sick. Besides that it looks great.Sometimes we have no control over life and destiny! I believe things happen for a reason. ‘Ishkq In Paris’ gets more special to me now.”

‘Ishkq In Paris’, an Indo-French project, sees Zinta play a half-Indian, half-French girl who falls in love in one of the most expensive cities in the world.
