Meri Pyaari Bindu released today and the movie stars Ayushmann Khuranna and Parineeti Chopra. The movie is directed by Akshay Roy. The movie’s running time is 1 hour 59 minutes and the strory line revolves around Abhimanyu (Ayushmannn Khuranna) and Bindu (Parineeti Chopra) who are neighbours and childhood sweethearts. While Bindu is an aspiring singer who doesn’t play by rules. She has a history of aborted engagements. She has fled from two already and is now game for another. While Abhimanyu craves stability so he finds himself trapped in a demanding bank job in Mumbai, the latter decides to become a voice artist in the same city simply to bide her time until her big break comes along. But life, as the two drifters discover, has its own rhythms and its own reasons.

The movie is getting mixed reviews from the audiences, while everyone is lauding for the on-screen couple’s chemistry and acting skills, some feel the movie had an abrupt end, it was stretched for no reason. Some feel the direction was weak and more efforts could have put in the making of this movie. From what people were expecting after watching the movie’s trailer, the movie seems disappointing. Although the music seems to be the most likeable element of the film, amongst all the songs, Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi has made to the favourites of the viewers. The song is sung by Parineeti Chopra.
