Ragini Nandwani who shot to fame with Zee TV’s soap opera Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein is all set to share screen space with South superstar Mohanlal.
Peruchazhi has been buzzing ever since its inception. The movie first made waves when it became only Malayalam film to hold a thirty day shoot at the United States of America.
Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan who is already remaking Mohanlal’s Drishyam, has shown an inclination to remake Peruchazhi, even before the movie hits the theatres.
Directed by Arun Vaidyanathan, Peruchazhi is a political satire with Mohanlal and Mukesh in lead roles. Mukesh is said to be essaying a role of a politician in the film. It is also said that Sanjay Dutt might play the role essayed by Mukesh in the Hindi remake. The director of the Hindi remake is yet to be finalised, claims sources.
Peruchazhi has Ragini Nandwani, Pooja Kumar, Aju Varghese, Mukesh, Vijay Babu and Baburaj playing prominent roles.
The shooting of Peruchazhi is progressing. Vijay Babu, one of the producers of Peruchazhi wrote on his Facebook earlier: “We as producers of Peruchazi promise everyone that we are not leaving any stone unturned to make our movie as entertaining and beautiful as possible. We need support and trust!”
Coming back to Ragini Nandwani, well this talented actor made her debut in the Tamil film industry with the action thriller titled Thalaivaa. A. L. Vijay directed the film that released last year in 2013.
Ragini Nandwani‘s Bollywood debut was with the crime thriller Dehraadun Diary in the year 2013, which was based on a real murder case.
