Randeep Hooda is currently gearing up for his next film Do Lafzon Ki Kahani. And for his role in the film, the actor is not only undergoing strenuous training sessions to work on his physique, but he is giving his lifestyle a complete makeover. A film insider reveals that the role in the film requires Randeep to be his fittest best and also have a certain kind of physicality.So, to get the right physique and hone up his fighting techniques, he is learning mixed martial arts. But the high octane training sessions apart, the Highway star has had to completely change his lifestyle too. Randeep who was always a ‘late sleeper late riser’ now has to sleep early for his early morning training of martial arts.
The partying has taken a backseat too. His diet has undergone a complete change too and he has also skipped drinking. In fact, he has put on close to 14 kilos in the last month itself to suit the physique required by his character. Randeep says “I didn’t mind the workout regime but sleeping and waking up early was tough. I didn’t enjoy it at all.”
