Reportedly, the film’s release is in jeopardy because of an FIR filed against the team of Ram Leela, for allegedly hurting religious sentiments. The Punjab and Haryana high court on Tuesday have issued notice to the Punjab government and the complainant asking them to file reply on the issue.
Nevertheless, the film’s principal cast was seen indulging in the usual promotion rounds. In a crisp black suit, Ranveer Singh looked suave as he twirled his mustache and mouthed dialogues from the film. Meanwhile, his Leela i.e Deepika Padukone looked regal, graceful and incredibly gorgeous in a pale gold anarkali (with stunning bronze jewelry).
Whether the film releases this weekend or not, one thing is for certain: that Ram Leela is one of the most anticipated films of this year and that audiences are eagerly lined up to watch Ranveer-Deepika’s chemistry in said film.
