The possibilities of him being sentenced is high as the three key eyewitnesses, Mannu Khan, Mohammed Kalim Iqbal Pathan and Muslim Shaikh, have told the sessions court that they saw the actor getting down from the driver’s seat of an SUV on the night of September 28, 2002 that ran over a group of people in Bandra. They were all workers of the American Bakery outside which the accident took place. However, Salman Khan‘s lawyers have been claiming that he was not at the wheel; eyewitnesses have given a different version.

Even as the law takes its own course and in the worst case scenario if Salman Khan is proved guilty then he will be behind bars for about ten years.
