Salman will be a part of a Marathi biopic film on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Riteish himself confirmed the news. The actor stated that Salman agreed to be a part of the film without knowing which part he will play. He addressed the Kick actor as a ‘gracious’ person to do the part. He also added that the 50-year-old actor is quite fluent in Marathi and the duo talk in that language.

National Award winner director Ravi Jadhav will direct the film. Today, Ravi’s first Bollywood film Banjo, starring Riteish in the lead role has hit the screens. The film also stars Nargis Fakhri in the lead role. On the other hand, Sallu is currently shooting in Manali for Kabir Khan’s Tubelight. He will be romancing Chinese actress Zhu Zhu in the film. Tubelight will hit the theatres next year during Eid.
