Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil, also starring Yami Gautam and directed by Sanjay Gupta, is one of the most awaited films of next year. The clashes and controversies it’s been going through has already proved how people care about the film. Kaabil, produced by Rakesh Roshan, first came in the news for clashing with it’s toughest competition, Raees starring Shah Rukh Khan. Then, it got into trouble after Netflix slapped charges of plagiarism on Kaabil. Kaabil has been going through tough times it seems.
Well! Recently, apart from the appreciation from fans, there have been trolls by pokers who made fun of Hrithik’s watches in Kaabil. The moment trailers came out, trolls took birth with a question about how Hrithik being a blind man wears a watch and even if he wears, how does that make sense.
When Sanjay Gupta was asked to answer about the fun aura created over the Internet, he gave an answer such that completely slammed the mouths of haters that poked him.
Sanjay Gupta said that he is amused by people taking objection of Hrithik wearing a watch in Kaabil, however, the fact remains that there are specially designed watches for the blind called the Braille watches. Also, there are talking watched available only to those who cannot see. And Hrithik being visually impaired wears one so the filmmakers have done their homework thoroughly claimed the director.
He in fact said that, the watch plays an important role in the film and that the audiences will understand when they watch the film.
At last,Sanjay Gupta expressed his disappointment saying that we live in a country where people take pleasure in running someone else’s efforts down too easily.
Kaabil, that is a love story about two blind lovers and how a tragedy strikes them,will hit the screens on January 25 clashing with Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees.
