Director Siddharth Anand who is currently busy shooting his forthcoming film Bang Bang is ensuring tight security during the Abu Dhabi schedule.
Siddharth Anand has not just called for close to thirty odd security personnel on the set, but has also requested all the crew members to deposit their mobile phones at a counter before coming for the shoot.
“It is very difficult to control information during outdoor shoots. Siddharth is currently filming some of the most crucial scenes from the film in Abu Dhabi. Some of these scenes are part of the thrill in Bang Bang and thus, Siddharth had no option but to ramp up security.” stated a source close to Siddharth.
The source further said that all security personnel are maintaining strict vigil for people with mobile phones. “No mobile phones are allowed on set. A counter has been created where the crew are depositing their phones and taking it back after the day’s shoot.”
In the mean while Jimmy Shergill too has joined both Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif for an important action sequence for Bang Bang.
The crew was spotted shooting at Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel, which was reportedly transformed into MI6 headquarters. In Abu Dhabi, the crew has also shot some high-octane car chase sequence on the same streets where Fast And Furious 7 was shot.
Before leaving for Abu Dhabi, Siddharth Anand finished shooting an important song in Film City, Mumbai, where he had recreated Shimla.
Bang Bang, featuring Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif and Jimmy Shergill, is slated for an October 02, 2014 release.
