Turning point of his career: Karan Johar’s family drama Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is said to be the turning point of his career after his last few failure films. In 2002 he worked as alcoholic in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas. It was the most expensive film ever made in Bollywood at that time. The film earned numerous accolades including 10 Filmfare Awards, with Best Actor for SRK and also BAFTA award. His next starred Kal Ho Naa Ho in 2003 was also a super hit film.
