The actor has been offered the lead in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘Milan Talkies’ to be produced by Ekta Kapoor. What’s more that he has been chosen over Imran Khan, who was the first choice.
Imran Khan was last seen in Ekta’s recently released ‘Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbaai Dobaara’.
Shahid Kapoor has ‘Phata Poster Nikhla Hero’ alongside Illeana D’Cruz and ‘Rambo Rajkumar’ lined up for release.
‘Milan Talkies’ is supposedly a take on the movie piracy business and like Tigmanshu Dhulia’s film will have dark humour and action.
It is also reported that Shahid Kapoor will be seen romancing Priyanka Chopra who is the female lead.
