A very worrying news for Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao as a huge amount of jewellery and money has been robbed from their Bandra house. As per reports, a complaint was filed by Kiran Rao’s relative and the police have registered the report under Section 453 (theft in dwelling house, etc) of the Indian Penal Code.
As mentioned in the complaint, Kiran Rao found that her finger ring and a diamond necklace worth above Rs. 80 lakh were missing from her bedroom. Following which the complaint was lodged by a relative at Khar police station. Reportedly, police are suspecting domestic help as prime suspects and are interrogating them since last few days.
The household cook, Kiran Rao’s assistant, and domestic help are asked to visit police station every day for further inquiries. The police are going through the matter and have also visited Aamir Khan–Kiran Rao’s residence for checking, but have found no lead so far.
