MUMBAI: Ranbir Kapoor, Bollywood’s resident playboy, has found his true love. No, we are not talking about a certain Miss Kaif, however lovely she may be.

Instead, we are referring to his love for something much bigger: his love for cinema!

The Kapoor lad was spotted outside PVR Cinemas in Juhu, Mumbai just last evening. He was indulging his film buff side by catching the latest release to hit the silver screen.

Looking chic and casual, Ranbir opted for a sky blue shirt, light grey sweater and blue denims. He looked oh-so-cute as he was seen exiting the theatre from the back entrance. The chocolate-boy hero has always maintained he has immense love for cinema, what with his impressive Kapoor lineage, he is considered film royalty. No wonder he always signs off each award acceptance piece with “See you at the movies.”

Alas, accompanying him this time was not his rumoured lady love, Katrina Kaif, but a posse of burly bodyguards. Ms. Kaif was nowhere in sight, which was quite disappointing, considering the reports of the duo cozying up to one another on several movie outings.

We hope to see the couple come out and declare their love, instead of beating around the bush and maintaining the secrecy as if it were a cover CIA operation!

Ranbir had also been in the news for his reported snubbing of filmmaker Karan Johar, when reports suggested that he was in two minds about sharing screen space with Shah Rukh Khan in Karan Johar’s next film, a period love story.

Ranbir cleared the air once and for all, recently in an interview.“There is nothing that has been offered to me. I don’t believe in first lead, second lead, third lead. I had myself done a film called ‘Raajneeti’, where there was nothing like I am the the first lead or somebody else was second lead. It was a good script and if it’s a character that individually excites me first as an actor, of course I do it. But there is no film as such that has been offered to me.”
