The movie is currently in theatres and is doing extremely well with rave reviews from people, admiring the performances of the actor to the sensitive theme of the movie. Everything is just top-notch. The plot, the starcast and the execution is worth mentioning.

And this is definitely a reason to celebrate and so it did happen. The cast of Udta Punjab came together for a success party at Ekta Kapoor‘s Juhu residence today. The celebs included Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Co-producer Anurag Kashyap, director Abhishek Chaubey, fashion designer Masaba Gupta, to name a few. Looks like the movie is experiencing grand success and we cannot be happier. The success party of Udta Punjab is something that we all have been waiting for. The film has been under the knife but that did not tarnish the strong plot point and the story of the movie. So, Ekta Kapoor seemed incredibly happy and why not? This success party is definitely something they should have had and seems like this movie will garner many such more reviews in the next few weeks to come!
