The actor who is amazing and a perfect choice for all action films, decided to treat his fans with his gym routine. The Welcome Back actor John who is trying a good hand at comedy with his upcoming film is looking dashing while touring at his gym.

John is certainly synonymous to fitness, given his envious physique, the good looking actor took to his Facebook account and posted a 5 minute long video discussing his fitness regime with his workout sessions. Not only is John nailing his workout video to the core, the dashing star also confesses that he is a learner every day when it comes to fitness.

It is a well-known fact that John is an idol to many of the fitness freaks for his physique and his fans are surely going to love this gesture of his. Taking a tour of his gym area, John introduces the various exercise forms he practices in order to be in shape, the Dishoom actor also puts light on Pilates, his cardio regime, the abs exercises, dumbbells, leg press, etc.

Shedding his care free image John is all preachy when it comes to fitness, the actor also shared that he will be guiding his fans through different exercise regimes related to different body parts in his upcoming videos. Must say John is surely nailing his fitness trait to the core by inspiring many of his fans to go and hit the gym.

On the professional front, John will be seen in the action oriented film Dishoom, the movie stars actors Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez apart from John. With too much action, John will also be seen in the comedy flick Welcome Back which stars actors Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Paresh Rawal, Shruti Haasan and Dimple Kapadia in key roles.
