Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam Kapoor who recently graced at Cannes Film Festival revealed her role in Salman Khan’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The actress who will personify her personality as Princess in the film, spoke about her character during her interview chat at Cannes Film Festival.
Sonam Kapoor said, “ I am working on one of the biggest films of the year, that is Prem Ratan Dhan Payo directed by Sooraj Barjatya. It is one of the biggest films made, and so it has been anonymous pressure that I have to do best in this film. I will be playing the role of Princess in the film who is engaged to a guy. Just like all Barjatya films, I have an incredible role, with incredible music and rest everything is amazing in the film. I am very excited.”
The movie is being directed by Sooraj Barjatya starring Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead roles. Not only that, Dabangg Khan will play double role in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The film also features actor Neil Nitin Mukesh.
The makers of the movie recently announced the release date of the movie and the film is all set to hit theatres during the festive time on November 11, 2015. Director Sooraj Barjatya had said that the release of the movie during festival of lights would tug at the heartstrings of audiences with the Indian-ness love and values it has in its core.
