Raj Kundra’s spokesperson had said, “Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty Kundra have slapped a defamation notice for Rs.100 crore on Ravi Mohanlal Bhalotia. A quashing petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court as they have tight contracts signed and have been responsibly following the laws of the land”.

Now according to the recent update on the case, the export firm owner Ravi Bhalotia alleged that Kundra threatened his client right inside the courtroom. As reported by HT, Bhalotia’s counsel Vishal Bhanushali said Kundra threatened his client inside the court saying that he “would recover Rs 100 crore from him (Bhalotia).”

The judge sought an undertaking from all the five accused of not indulging in such behaviour again. The court has made it sure that they don’t threaten Bhalotia again. However, advocate Bhanushali will file a police complaint in this matter. The whole drama unfolded inside the courtroom where many lawyers and others thronged to catch a glimpse of Shilpa Shetty.
