Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Fawad Khan, Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead roles has hit the theaters with a bang. The film, which is based on one-sided love and friendship, is already creating a good collection at the box office since day 1. The romantic drama film was much anticipated since its announcement and has received immense response all over. The film already made the audience drool with its mind-blowing songs, which have turned out to be the key element for the film.
The Karan Johar directorial has finally surpassed its first weekend on an impressive note. With fierce competition with Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay, ADHM has managed to collect a good sum by the end of the weekend. The film has done a good business on Monday too and has shown a big jump of 35%. The Diwali holiday turned out to be one of the advantages for the film.
The film opened to a good start at the Box Office and has been continuing to show the same magic. The film collected around Rs 13 crore (130 million) on Friday, Rs. 12.50 crore (125 million) approx on Saturday and Rs. 8.50 crore (85 million) approx on Sunday and Rs. 17.75 (177.5 million) nett approx on Monday.
The total of the four days collection comes to Rs. 51.80 crores (518 million) nett approx. The film which was much in the limelight due to its good promotional activities started on a favorable note on Friday however, the film saw a slow growth on Saturday due to Diwali celebrations. But now the film has once again picked the momentum.
