To people who have come in late, the self-proclaimed Swami is facing non-bailable warrants in the Delhi court for theft cases under different laws.
As per reports, the case was filed against Om Swami back in November 2008 after Pramodh Jha, his younger brother had accused Om Swami of breaking the lock of his bicycle shop along with other three men and had sold the expensive parts after stealing bicycles.
Not just that he has been involved in seven cases under the Arms Act and TADA. Reportedly, while the huge cache of arms and ammunition was found in his possession, obscene photos of women were also found which he allegedly used to extort money
