[tps_footer]Hollywood film ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is out with its first trailer now and fans are freaking out over how amazing 2016 is going to be. Apart from all the awesomeness shown in the trailer with lots of action and thrilling story line, what caught our attention was the comparison of the film’s antagonist Apocalypse to Indian Gods Ram and Krishna. In the beginning of the trailer the villain very dramatically states that he has been called many names including Ram and Krishna. But hold your horses, all they wanted to say was that the villain thinks he is God. The trailer has also shown some Biblical references in context of the army of Apocalypse.
‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is missing many pioneer X-Men characters like the Wolverine and Storm which is not settling well with the audiences. The producers had earlier revealed that this part of the film will be focusing more on the younger mutants. Apparently Apocalypse is so strong that it can control everyone’s minds including Professor X, which was quite a spoiler they gave away. At the end they even show us the bald version of young Professor X played by James McAvoy, which is something we haven’t seen before.
‘X-Men Apocalypse’ stars James McAvoy as Professor X, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse, Nicholas Hault as Beast, Rosy Byrne as CIA agent Moira and Game of Thrones fame Sophie Turner as young Jean Grey which is a new addition to the star cast. Directed by Bryan Singer, the film is produced by 20th Century Fox and Marvel Entertainment. ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is all set to release on May 27, 2016 making summer all the more exciting! Watch the trailer here and tell us what you think, are you excited for the X-Men reunion?
