MUMBAI: DreamWorks Animation has appointed Heather O’Conner as chief accounting officer. Heather will succeed Phil Cross as the chief accounting officer. Cross has served as the company’s chief accounting officer since September 2007 and will hold position through February 2010 in order to assist in the transition after which Heather will take over. Cross will then remain a consultant to the company.
Heather currently serves as DreamWorks Animation director SEC Reporting and has served in her current role since January, 2006. She will assume the role of chief accounting officer in February, 2010.
