News Corp’s Jonathan Miller to share digital strategies at MIPTV

MUMBAI: News Corporation Digital Media Group chief digital officer and chairman and CEO Jonathan Miller will deliver the MIP Digital Keynote at MIPTV 2010 on 13 April.

This address will underscore MIPTV’s 2010 theme – Charting the Next Decade of TV and Digital Entertainment.

Miller will share his vision and hands-on experience bolstering News Corporation’s digital businesses and will discuss the opportunities for media companies to flourish in a digital universe.

His address will be a key focal point of both the Producers’ Forum and MIP Digital conference programmes and is part of MIPTV’s Media Masterminds series of forward-thinking and business-inspiring keynotes featuring the brightest minds shaping the future of media.

Miller drives the company’s overall digital strategy in conjunction with various operational heads, while also directly overseeing all of News Corp.’s standalone digital businesses including MySpace, IGN Entertainment and others. Previously, he was a founding partner of Velocity Interactive Group, and prior to this he was AOL chairman and CEO.

Miller reports to News Corporation chairman and CEO Rupert Murdoch.
