MUMBAI: Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment have started production work on their next comedy, titled Kids in America.
The film, starring Topher Grace as recent college graduate Matt Franklin, follows Matt, his twin sister and his best friend during their misadventures at a raucous Labour Day party in 1988. Kids in America will be shot at Phoenix, Arizona.
Tony Award-winning actor Dan Fogler, Australian actress Teresa Palmer and Anna Faris also feature in the film, which will be directed by co-writer Michael Dowse. The film is produced by Oscar-winning producer Brian Grazer and executive-produced by Grace, Gordon Kaywin and Dany Wolf.
